I had gone in for an oil change and Frank Perez noticed I had a chip in my windshield that had just happened the day before. He then helped me arrange to have it taken of then and there. Ken Graff Honda in Riverdale should give their service manager a raise because if it wasn't for him I would be looking for a new service center. I have brought our 2021 Honda CRV in for a. Oil change and tire rotation three times now and each time there has been issues. First, it was because the technician over inflated the tires so they were not in specifications with what Honda recommends. The second visit I had to return to the dealership to have the cabin air filter reseated because when they inspected the filter they didn't set it properly. The third visit, the tires were supposed to be rotated but weren't. As I mentioned earlier Rick Johnson has always stood behind me and taken care of us when I have returned for rework. More
