It took 2 HOURS for an oil change. Had an appointment for 8:30am, my car was checked in by service advisor at 8:27am, my car was still sitting in line at 10:00am and "completed" at 10: Had an appointment for 8:30am, my car was checked in by service advisor at 8:27am, my car was still sitting in line at 10:00am and "completed" at 10:30am. What is the point of having appointments for the most basic of services if your car will be sitting there for over an hour? Was not only angry customer, another lady had an appointment at 8:15am for oil change and was still waiting when my car was done. When wrapping up paperwork, the service advisor also did not mention anything about receiving a survey this time around like they always have done in the past, wonder why?? Maybe knowing that wait times are completely ridiculous. Will take my business elsewhere in the future as your time and money does not matter to Ken Garff Honda Riverdale! More
So far my experiences with Honda Riverdale have been great. Easy to communicate with and always upfront about the pricing. Rates aren't bad for regular maintenance repairs and the service is usually qui great. Easy to communicate with and always upfront about the pricing.
