The service writer was very good at communicating. Once they started working on my vehicle, they repaired it very fast. My vehicle was there for 7 days. Problem with my 6 month old car still not solved, even after two visits and the car held for over 7 weeks total. Horrible communication of what’s going on. Vehicle delivery disaster (imagine the filthy after two visits and the car held for over 7 weeks total. Horrible communication of what’s going on. Vehicle delivery disaster (imagine the filthy state the car was delivered after being abandoned in a remote lot, not serviced, for 5 weeks in the second visit). Escalation with upper management doesn’t work either. Senior leader commit to inspect, but it’s all talk. Find another dealer if you can. More
