I purchased a dodge Ram limited which MSRP is 82K. I have purchased many vehicles throughout my life and I feel the quality of detail to customers is very poor. The sales man got me a good deal I’m no I have purchased many vehicles throughout my life and I feel the quality of detail to customers is very poor. The sales man got me a good deal I’m not complaining about that. But when it was time to leave he spent about 3 minutes going through the car. I would expect a little more being that the vehicle has a lot of extras and again I’m purchasing a very expensive vehicle. The finance department was the worst part of the deal. They push you to go with Stellantis bank which is their bank and has terrible interest rates. Even though they did inform me from the internet sales that they were offering 2.9 and 4.9 financing with capital one. I got stuck with an 8.6 percent with a perfect credit score of 850 beacon score that I have. They did zero to find me another bank or another offer. I went ahead and found a much lower interest rate on my own but now have to go through the trouble of refinancing. So overall had a very negative experience there and would never buy from them again. But on a brighter note I love the car it’s great! More
