Construction at this dealership is a nightmare to navigate. Had an appointment at 10:15-got there at 10:00 and did not get my car back until 12:30-just an oil change. Service always takes to long. Had an appointment at 9:30am and didn’t get in my car till 4:30pm. Also the technician didn’t see that I was missing a lug nut on my SUV. He told me I needed a new Cabin filter but failed to see I was missing a lug nut. I’m questioning weather a wheel alignment and tire rotation was even performed on my vehicle since he didn’t see that I was missing a lug nut. More

Dropped my car off October 17th at 9am. Car was not ready for pickup until November 7th. I kept getting told my car wasn’t ready because the mechanic was backed up and hadn’t gotten to it. After three weeks, the loaner car had to be returned. I was told I had to give an additional $250 hold on my card to extend my time with the loaner car, although my car wasn’t ready due to the dealership. After being told that I stopped being nice to everyone I spoke with and surprisingly my car was ready later that day. 0/10 don’t recommend this dealership for any service work. The only good thing about them was their service advisor. More
