See below. My experience is that my car is always returned with a scratch or two. Back in March, 2024 when Chrisnel Francois was the service man my car sat in My experience is that my car is always returned with a scratch or two. Back in March, 2024 when Chrisnel Francois was the service man my car sat in your service center a full week and he kept giving me excuses why they didn't even try to fix my problem. Now I do understand that August is a good time of year to have your car fixed there; it was just not as busy. But to hold a vehicle in service for a full week -- 7 days it was there in March, 2024 -- and not even try to fix it is a complete waste of everyone's time and resources. Of course in March, 2024 when the vehicle was returned to me it had a number of little scratches and marks that hadn't been there before I left it w service. And of course this time in August, it was similar. The driver's side door window has been chipped. But at least the problem with the vehicle was finally fixed. When I had tthe car there in March, Chrisnel didn't even listen to my explanation of the problem and didn't even ask the repairman to try and fix it, he just smiled and said there is nothing wrong with my car and that no such thing as the problem I explained to him. This time the service man disassembled my rear bumper and found that 4 screws had not been put back in place, and that's why it was loose and made such noise above 65 mph. More
