Oil change under warranty till 2025 had to pay 111. 00 was there 5 hours sat today monday.key fob not working spent $20.00 for nothing still not working told I need to leave my car 2-3 days never got se 00 was there 5 hours sat today monday.key fob not working spent $20.00 for nothing still not working told I need to leave my car 2-3 days never got second key fob when I purchased car in 2023. Service updated my system due to recall sat Sept 14 wo24 now key fob not working also fixed rear view camera. I had no calls no updates from service coordinator had to question why it took so long today triple a opened my car manually drive it to 157 and ys 1 spent $29.00 for battery which did nothing. Never have I experienced such horrible customer service at this location not even offered water what has happened to the service dept at this location.?????? .the person I was working with last name never texted me never called in sat was Mazze 5 hours. Nothing. Today he replaced my battery and chg me$20.00. plus say and today 3percent for using credit card. Horrible horrible customer service. I still need a extra key but my finance person was too busy to take care of ordering one disgruntled customer. More

I went there twice after purchasing the car, to pick up the fabric car mats that were in the sales contract agreement and still haven’t received it. This is the worst place I have ever purchased a vehicle from. I purchased a 2020 Santa Fe in June of 2023. Had several issues with the vehicle and was back and forth with service to get things repaired. L from. I purchased a 2020 Santa Fe in June of 2023. Had several issues with the vehicle and was back and forth with service to get things repaired. Last issue was fixed but my rear bumper was damaged by one of the mechanics. Took a week to get that resolved but they replaced my bumper with a different shade of grey, claiming paint on plastic sticks different from metal.. Now corporate got involved but corporate can not make them fix my bumper. The dealership wanted to put me in a 2023 Tucson Limited which I was ok with, but at the last minute, wanted me in a 2024 Tucson SE...I had to decline that offer. 8 hours I sat at that dealership with no corrective action. Only to hear, "let's see how much that bumper means to you!" Go to Doral or Homestead Hyundai. Kendall Hyundai is horrible. I see now why it has a 3 star review. More
