I love driving a Subaru, I absolutely feel cheated each time I leave the service department of Kenny Ross Subaru. I failed my inspection and my quote was almost $100 for wiper blades and a little over $1,1 time I leave the service department of Kenny Ross Subaru. I failed my inspection and my quote was almost $100 for wiper blades and a little over $1,100 for tires not including an alignment. The last time I got an oil change and air filter replacement it cost $175. I not only feel cheated I feel completely robbed. I can’t even get a cold bottle of water because ya’ll haven’t replaced the lobby fridge since you built the place. I think we are parting ways in terms of service. I haven’t decided in terms of purchasing a new vehicle. The coupons are an absolute joke that give me a laugh each time they arrive. Do better! More
