I had discussed with Krystal my situation with the previous car lots and didn’t really wanna waste my time and needed a car and if they couldn’t help that that was fine she reassured everything looked previous car lots and didn’t really wanna waste my time and needed a car and if they couldn’t help that that was fine she reassured everything looked good with the bank to only come in and was offered vehicles with over 90,000 miles on it the car I chose to drive off in was over 6 years old that I had choose from and they told me more money down that would of been fine if that was mentioned on the phone I could of saved more and had better options really needing a vehicle and no more hits to my credit I chose a car that I’m really not happy about it but I spent over 3 hours after scheduling a appointment with them waiting for help for over a hour I would be careful visiting this place they don’t care what they put you in they make it seems like it’s your fault when they say they can help they Sales person kept telling that my choices were better than the car I had at home which was a insult I would stay clear of this place !!!!! I was treated well by the service department. However, my car still has the same wobble in the steering wheel when I go uphill as it did when I brought it there. Staff are friendly and Josh was extremely helpful in purchasing a new vehicle. However, once the purchase was completed I feel like the dealership left me out to dry. I had complications with the vehicl purchasing a new vehicle. However, once the purchase was completed I feel like the dealership left me out to dry. I had complications with the vehicle when it reached 150 miles. I contacted the dealership and was told to make an appointment at the nearest dealership. The nearest dealership can’t get me in for three days. I am left without a vehicle until then. The dealership is aware of this but hasn’t offered any assistance with a temp vehicle. It has soured my feelings about them. More
