Kenny Ross Subaru is a wonderful dealership there service department is fantastic Brian is a blessing he is so good with the customers when I called last night he was off for the evening I had a problem with department is fantastic Brian is a blessing he is so good with the customers when I called last night he was off for the evening I had a problem with my Subaru it was very scary I spoke with Scott he helped but I know if Brian would have been there I wouldn’t have worried so much all day till I arrived there today and Brian did the magic and within in 1 hour all fixed and on my way again More

In addition to the other routine service items I had also alerted the service advisor that the alarm icon on my dash was constantly flashing and the car was "chirping." That problem WAS NOT resolved. After alerted the service advisor that the alarm icon on my dash was constantly flashing and the car was "chirping." That problem WAS NOT resolved. After I returned home and the problem persisted I called the Service Manager and the Service Advisor who I dealt with. I had to leave messages, but no one has returned my calls...it has now been FOUR DAYS ! I am not happy. More
