Nice facility. Nice product. Sales staff was friendly (Logan and Damian). I was disappointed when I made an appointment to close on an agreed upon cash deal, but wh Nice product. I was disappointed when I made an appointment to close on an agreed upon cash deal, but when I arrived at the designated time, I was forced to wait an hour and a half before starting the closing process. I want to thank Bryan Hastings for his outstanding customer service. My Mother, Edith Burdis, stopped in today without an appointment concerned about a noise in her Crosstrek after hitting a large po customer service. Bryan welcomed my mother and offered to take her car on a test drive and inspect it for damage. None was found thankfully and before returning her car to her he even washed it! I am retired from the car service business and knowing how difficult it is to find a great employee like Bryan I wanted to be sure he was recognized, thank you Bryan!!! More
