Bryan has again been over the top with customer service and treating me with respect and willingness to get the job and service done in a very efficient manor. I did have a concern with a paint issue and B and treating me with respect and willingness to get the job and service done in a very efficient manor. I did have a concern with a paint issue and Bryan involved the manager. The manager said to send it to the body shop once the recall was completed and give me a loaner vehicle. Outstanding service I couldn’t expect better and I’m a pretty fussy customer. Took my Forester in for airbag inflator recall. When I picked up the car, my audio setup had been disconnected and not reconnected. Seat had been moved and was in between notches, so when I stopped When I picked up the car, my audio setup had been disconnected and not reconnected. Seat had been moved and was in between notches, so when I stopped, the seat jerked into position. Steering wheel (tilt) was loose, so it moved up and down (disconcerting when driving!) Most upsetting was that I found a trim clip on the floor. What didn't they reinstall? Is it going to start rattling? Also, floor had some debris on it from their work. I'll not ever take my car to Kenny Ross again for any reason! More
