I don't think I wish to publish my name in this review, but I will certainly send it by email to the address above. My concern is that if the technician performs work in such a sloppy manner that it is exterally obvious, has the critical work that I cannot see (airbag inflator R&R) been done to a higher standard? I'm sure that the wiring was correctly plugged in (or there would have been an indication on the instrument panel), but is everything else mechanically correct? I don't want to have to wreck the car (with a passenger present) to see if the passenger airbag deploys properly. At this point I'm sorry I had the recall work done. I don't really believe that the original airbag inflator would have failed to work properly, since the car has never been exposed to high humidity conditions for extended periods (it sits in a climate-controlled garage).
