Kenny Ross Subaru is the only service department that done my vehicle maintenance since I purchased my vehicle. I have had at least ten oil changes with tire rotations, eight tires purchased, rear brakes done my vehicle maintenance since I purchased my vehicle. I have had at least ten oil changes with tire rotations, eight tires purchased, rear brakes and rotors replaced in just over 47K miles. They damaged five wheel studs and nuts during these services calls. Five!! I have no confidence in their service department touching my wheels how can I trust any other work. Also, I was told seven business days back that the service director would follow up on this lug nut concern. I’m still waiting on his call. More

Charged for repairs never done. CEL on- they claimed it was the gas cap and that the code magically cleared.....never provided actual code. Had to go back again because the car wasn't warming-- told a pin was stuck and to wait until the cel came back on.....well...less than 2weeks later-- light back on and code is definitely not the gas cap. Now have to drive car until they open, as it is a weekend Car is a 2024 with 33,000mi. More
