I went to the Irwin, PA Kenny Ross Subaru for my 6,000 mile checkup and found it was a pleasant experience from the time I drove into the garage until I drove off. i’ve unfortunately had some issues with this place in the past & they’re hard to get a hold of over the phone. they’ve been pretty considerate about my allergies which is nice however this time they left oil past & they’re hard to get a hold of over the phone. they’ve been pretty considerate about my allergies which is nice however this time they left oil spots on my tan material where the issue was. this was last wed. i left an email yesterday and today a voicemail. still no response. i take very good care of my car so im very mad & want this addressed/resolved asap. i live over an hour away so i can’t even just show up. Drove over an hour to purchase a car for my son, being there all day to purchase a car was expected, what I didn’t expect was my husband leaving his keys in the trade in.We called right away and talked to there all day to purchase a car was expected, what I didn’t expect was my husband leaving his keys in the trade in.We called right away and talked to a receptionist, JB a few times and a manager, who all told us they were being keys would be mailed, this was over two weeks ago, and were still waiting. We spent all that money on a car, and now all our locks had to be replaced in our house and they can’t afford to send our keys back? Very poor business practice and unprofessional.If they lost the keys or even tossed them, than they should be honest instead of telling us they were mailed and ignoring us when we called again after not receiving them! Shame on them and their business!!! More
