I have purchase a Subaru for the last 25 years but unfortunately not from the dealership of Kenny Ross Subaru. I felt like I was really sorry to bother them to ask for them to service my vehicle. I had an appointment and I was promptly on time and my vehicle sat in the bay for thirty minutes untouched. Then, it took another forty five minutes for the first time for the emissions, and state inspection, which didn't have to be done because of the low mileage. I've recently had my other Subaru serviced at Young Subaru in Ogden Utah, and that was an example of an excellent service department. More

I wasn't happy with the $1,597 "add-on" for the security package. My insurance would have helped with most of that. I negotiated it off with ease. However, it prevented my daughter and I from negotiating the purchase price of the car, which I am not happy about. For this reason, I would not recommend Kenny Ross dealerships that have this, in my opinion, hidden fee. This car is my daughter's car. I told her while waiting for things to proceed, we'll negotiate to pay slightly less than the asking price of the car. Because of the numbers presented to us that included the $1,597, we neglected to ask for a reduction of the asking price of the car. That's unfortunate for my daughter who I believe, is paying more than she should've for the vehicle. More
