Very pleased with my experience at Kenny Ross. My vehicle was at #1 Cochran multiple times and I was told nothing was wrong with it. Kenny Ross immediately listened to my concerns. My service visit was smooth and quick. Was able to have a delicious cup of coffee (or 2!!) while I waited. Need to switch out the two chairs by the service desk door with 2 others... Every time I take my car in for an inspection it cost me at least $600.00. That is not going to happen again. Next time I will request my car be returned and I will find a mechanic that charges a reasonable at least $600.00. That is not going to happen again.
