Jake was pleasant to work with. The dealership is incredibly expensive without fixing the problems - I expected more. It was extremely disappointing to be told if the problem reoccu The dealership is incredibly expensive without fixing the problems - I expected more. It was extremely disappointing to be told if the problem reoccurs to return and it would be looked into further. I’m not sure why though- the problem has reoccurred numerous times, that’s why I brought it in and if it couldn’t be fixed the first time-why bring it back to be charged again. They did offer a free car wash which was nice. More

Overall a good experience. Only bad experience i had was i bought the car back in December of 2023 and i ordered rain guards for the windows and i went in about a month after f Only bad experience i had was i bought the car back in December of 2023 and i ordered rain guards for the windows and i went in about a month after for the gas card and thought they would of have received them from the warehouse however i waited at the shop for an hour and a half and then someone told me they didn’t get them in stock and they would call me once they are in….fast forward to now 5 months later i reached out to see if they where in and the gentleman said he would call me back the next day and boom they are there. The communication was lacking. More
