I went to the dealership for a routine oil change. When I paid my bill, I asked if my wind shield wiper fluid was filled up, because the invoice said "all fluids checked and topped off". When I got home I took pictures of my engine's tank to show it was not done. I called the dealer immediately and asked for the service manager. I talked with an associate and 2 weeks later, no one has called me back! How can I trust that the oil was even changed after they lied about the fluid fill up?? Nobody has called me back to discuss my complaints. Terrible customer service! More

It is surrounding is the difficulty and lack of clarity for our qualifying for the Hyundai Loyalty incentives after having turned in a Hyundai lease, owning another Hyundai and now purchasing a new Hyundai. Recognizing these facts, it seems very clear that we’re loyal to the Hyundai brand, but still we didn’t qualify for exactly what we are proving to be: Hyundai loyal. This led to an inability for us to qualify for a $1500 incentive that we should have received. Instead, we negotiated and received weather tech floor mats, which are awesome, but we’re still missing out on over $1k in savings that we should have realized with our purchase of a $50k+ purchase of a 2024 Palisade. You need to reward your loyal customers to retain them!! More

Car was advertised online and on window sticker as having run-flat tires; this came up when discussing the fact that the car does not have dedicated space for a spare tire. I realized later that the car was run-flat tires; this came up when discussing the fact that the car does not have dedicated space for a spare tire. I realized later that the car was in fact NOT equipped with run-flat tires. Their service dept confirmed that regular all-season tires (not run flat) were put on the vehicle in preparation for sale. In spite of repeated attempts to discuss a solution with Armando, the dealership has not been willing to engage in order to solve this issue. The differences between regular and run flat tires -- in terms of both price and safety implications -- are not insignificant. Profoundly discouraging, misleading, dishonest. More
