It wasn’t so much the cost, it was the fact I asked for a scope of work and I wasn’t sent any of the information requested. I wanted to know the exact issue and what needed to be done to see if this is a common issue with Hyundai or normal wear and tear. After requesting this several times I opted to bring my car elsewhere only to find out there was no issue at all. I also requested a picture of the broken part from your service dept and was told “it’s not exactly broken” could just be bent. Let’s try explaining details to customers before telling them they owe so much money
