I bought a Chevy here. They should have informed me before bringing my car in, that they have Chevy dealers that they work with since they are a Hyundai. Instead, they coul They should have informed me before bringing my car in, that they have Chevy dealers that they work with since they are a Hyundai. Instead, they couldn't fix my car. Gave me zero answers. Told me to come pick up my undrivable car, return the rental, and drive it an hour plus away to the Chevy place. We couldn't get an appt at the Chevy place because they said Salem Hyundai should be the one calling. They promised my car was fine to drive and wouldn't stall. It stalled after two minutes still in the parking lot. Multiple times I have been told "it's taking longer because we're not a Chevy dealership" with a laugh. As someone with severe anxiety, this is never something someone should say. I will never be back. I will never buy another car from you. Good luck, if this is how you treat people. More
