Terry Hancock is a bad sale's Man and he is very very rude. I All most didn't buy the black Kia, And I am having problems with the Kia and I've only had the car for 22 day's. I keep getting the run aroun rude. I All most didn't buy the black Kia, And I am having problems with the Kia and I've only had the car for 22 day's. I keep getting the run around about the the car. The check engine light is coming on and the speed omiter stays at 60 when I'm only going 20 miles an hour and it has a knocking sound and the windshield leak's. I need some service here NOW More

I visited Kia Auto Sport due to a recall notice for my 2014 Kia Sorrento. I left with a 2022 Kia Sorrento, my 3rd from this dealer. I live an hour drive away in Alabama. Since my first purchase from Kia A 2014 Kia Sorrento. I left with a 2022 Kia Sorrento, my 3rd from this dealer. I live an hour drive away in Alabama. Since my first purchase from Kia Auto Sport (2011) additional KIA dealerships have opened closer to my home. The customer service I receive at Kia Auto Sport is the reason I return to this location. The Communication Sucks, the service Manager Melanie/ Mallorie or whatever her name is was extremely rude! She answered the phone saying “YES?” like I was a bother to her for asking questions about my ca Mallorie or whatever her name is was extremely rude! She answered the phone saying “YES?” like I was a bother to her for asking questions about my car (why be rude when you’re working in CUSTOMER service?!). She pretty much told me “they were doing me a favor” for fixing my car (THERE WAS A KIA RECALL ON THE MOTOR). I was pretty much playing middle-man between them and the rental car company. Overall the only reason I’d go back would be to see Chris A. Other than that 0/10 super Ghetto, DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Especially if you have to deal with anything other than sales. More
