The sales guy was great. The sales manager was not so good and the finance guy never spoke except for sign here and tell me what I was signing. Never explained anything. Then he said the guy in parts said they stopped making them in 2018 which is a lie cause I can but one off line for my new car. I had to call them back to make the sale cause I was never asked hey can you put anything down. I really wish I would have went somewhere else but I do love the car. This is my 4 th Kia I have purchased from Columbus. I wasn’t going to go back but I was told they changed management and it was different now but they were wrong. The sales guy Jeff was great. More
