I appreciated the call regarding my care call getting fixed but I didn’t appreciate the constant remarks on me needing to get new wipers on my new car with New wipers!! It was a bit redundant. Stephanie by far is one o the best representatives of knowledge and problem solving along with the Specialist and her team at Kia of Port Charlotte. Stephanie by far is one o the best representatives of knowledge and problem solving along with the staff . We ended up trading in our Kia 2017 and purchased a New Kia Sportage.
