When Megan in internet sales said it wasn’t a pre-order I headed out from Ocala this morning to be first at the dealership when they opened their doors at 9:00. Emilio and Gene greeted me warmly and brought the car up front for me to view. Didn’t take much convincing for me to pull the trigger as I’ve been chasing this “unicorn” for months already! The pricing was fair given my previous experience with numerous other dealers nationwide and since I only wanted THAT specific color combo and trim level AND we got the numbers worked out pretty quickly, the paperwork was really a breeze. Everyone with whom I dealt- Gene, Emilio, Starlin, Mike and others - were consummate professionals. Their product knowledge, the financing details, the detailing of my car to ensure a same day delivery to my home and their attention to every detail in the process was first rate! Unlike other car buying experiences, I was NEVER left alone for more than a few minutes while the transaction moved from sales to finance to signing and on to delivery and product orientation. I was made to feel like a valued customer and was treated with warm courtesy and expeditious service throughout the process. We even shared personal Telluride stories (two of the dealership team with whom I worked are part of the Telluride family, too!) I couldn’t be happier with my new car, with the staff and with my entire auto buying experience at Fuccillo. First rate start to finish. The waiting area, complete with coffee, donuts a tv and char I got there at 9am and was out by 10 15. The warranty covered the problem which was water on the passenger side floor due to a clogged pipe associate I got there at 9am and was out by 10 15.
