Our latest experience at Fuccillo Kia of Wesley Chapel has been by far the best customer service we have ever experienced. There was no pressure to buy and they really cared about getting us what we wanted and not just getting us into a car (which we have experienced many times before). We have never had a manager spend so much time with us before - Emilio was GREAT. Our sales person Tiffney was down to earth, great with the kids, and so patient and kind. I can't say enough good things about BOTH of them. Even with our not so great credit or situation, they took the time to try to help us and it paid off. We left with exactly what we wanted. I wouldn't want to buy from anyone else. Tim in finance was also amazing. I am blown away at the amazing customer service we experienced across the board. We will be back for sure. More
