Great service Was travelling in the Carolinas when the AC went out on K-900. Went to local dealer there and stated it has to be the thermister since sitting with en Was travelling in the Carolinas when the AC went out on K-900. Went to local dealer there and stated it has to be the thermister since sitting with engine off (allowing defrosting of lines) got the AC to work for another 20-30 minutes. They looked at the car and after 6 hours told me it was caused by keeping the the recirc on for the entire trip. I left that area and of course after a few hours of driving, the problem recurred. I called for an appointment with Jose for the next day. He immediately agreed with the solution and "tested" it with positive results showing that the thermister stayed on down past 28 degreed. Fixed with available part and on my way in one hour. I realize that the K-900 need a certified tech but disappointed with care in North Carolina. I can't say enough about service in Wesley Chapel. More
Lost Faith I used to trust this service center, and was a faithful customer that used them for all my schedule service for the last 5+ years.... But here over th I used to trust this service center, and was a faithful customer that used them for all my schedule service for the last 5+ years.... But here over the last year or so their focus seem to be on bottom line profits and not honest service. This last experience was the final straw as I was becoming more uneasy with each visit. I drove from St Pete where I recently moved to have a issue checked because they were "My Dealership". This visit I was told the noise I was hearing in my steering was my "New" struts needed lube... Not to mention I was charged the full 90$ for this diagnosis... Ok no big deal, Let's do it... But when. I was told it would take 3hrs of labor cost I was floored. I had thme installed the day prior and and it took 1hr for both sides... On top of that the noise is in my steering before the tires even begin to move.... So I am just so disappointed. O thought this dealership was different then the typical stereotype but apparently I was wrong. Time to move on and find a new place to receive service and honest advise. Was even thinking of trading my kia in for a new on because I love my Sorrento.. But when that time comes it will be somewhere else... The names I have selected do not reflect this incident. I believe it is not any one individual and as a former auto shop sales person I get the game... Thanks for the prior amazing experiences but my faith is now gone. More
Terrible Came to your facility as I have a paint issue with my Cadenza. Sales person greeted me and when I mentioned I had a problem she directed me to another Came to your facility as I have a paint issue with my Cadenza. Sales person greeted me and when I mentioned I had a problem she directed me to another representative to look b at my car. He identified a problem and made me feel a if i did something wrong to instigate the paint issue. I then took my car to the Service Department and waited in front of two employees waiting to be at least acknowledged I wed their. Finally the representative looked at my vehicle and immediately knew the problem which apparently was happening to a number of other Cadenza's. The new parts have been ordered 2 weeks ago and still waiting to take my car to be rectified. I think everybody that deals with customers should be aware of common faults which has been an issue with certain vehicles so that the customer doesn't feel uncomfortable being blamed for common faults. More

Great quick and friendly service Coming in without an appointment because of a slow leak in my tire, I was promptly taken care of. Turns out the tire had a nail in the sidewall and patching it would not work so the tire had to be replaced. As my NitroFill warranty was still in effect I got a new tire, mounted, speed balanced etc. at no cost. As usual, as I always bring my KIA SOUL back for servicing, staff are courteous, helpful, and professional. Kudos to Jonathan who answered all my questions about the tire and options, as well as, the warranty. More
SALESMAN I was getting a oil change and this gentleman came up to me and said that I could get another car and I can trade my car with no extra payments. Well I was getting a oil change and this gentleman came up to me and said that I could get another car and I can trade my car with no extra payments. Well after speaking with a salesman and picking the car that I wanted they he told me that my payment would be almost $700 a month. I kept telling him that I wanted to keep it in the same ball park that I have now $400 not go up. He kept insisting that why can't I pay $700 a month. Also he wanted to put me into another car that I didn't want just for that payment. I was very disappointed and don't know if I will go back to buy a car from Fuccillo Kia anymore. More
Go in and see Gene - Great Customer service !!! We returned to Kia because of the first encounter with Gene Honeycutt. He is not your normal sales person. He listens and answers the questions you ask and is never pushy, condescending or arrogant. It was a long process purchasing a vehicle and to his credit Gene kept us informed, and even fed throughout the whole process. Thank you for the outstanding customer service Gene !!! More
Over promising with no understanding Bought in my brand Sportage in to be fixed. When purchased there was an air bubble in the clear applique on thr bumber. They promised to order a new o Bought in my brand Sportage in to be fixed. When purchased there was an air bubble in the clear applique on thr bumber. They promised to order a new one, called me when it arrived and and said it woukd take 10-20 mintues to fix. When I arrived I waited 2 hours to be told they couldn't fix the bumper bubble and it would have to be out sourced to a 3rd party. Found Manny on the way out he said to take it to detail and his guy would do it no problem. 3 hours later they came out and said they would have to get me a rental car. I did and left the car there over night. Came back the next day old bubble gone new bubble appeared. Pointed it out to Jack and he said its just the way it is and it will go away on its own. I don't believe him and the new bubble is still there. Not really happy about it and i plan on brining it back again to correct it BC its brand new. More
