He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and their features. Even when I initially decided to postpone my purchase to a later date, he was kind and understanding. No pressure or sneaky sales tactics. A week later, I texted him about another vehicle. He responded promptly and courteous as always and we had a deal. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Nelson and the team at the Fuccillo Kia. Even the finance and sales managers were great. I worked with John M. the first time around and Emilio N., who is a great conversationalist, kept me company during the paperwork preparation process for the purchase. Exceptional Service This was my first time at Kia Collision and I was very pleased from the time of the estimate to the dropping off of my car to the pick-up upon complet This was my first time at Kia Collision and I was very pleased from the time of the estimate to the dropping off of my car to the pick-up upon completion of the repair. The staff was very professional and accommodating. I was covering everything out-of-pocket including the rental of a car while my car was being repaired. It was estimated that the repairs would take about 5 days so that is the amount of time I rented the car. Due to the delay in getting the parts the completed job was delayed. I explained to the manager that I had only obtained the rental for five days and I was paying out of picket. He told me No Worries and picked up the remainder of the rental. I was very pleased with the outcome and i will use Kia Collision, Hopefully I won't need to, if necessary in the future and I will also recommend them to my friends. More
