After some careful thought, I decided that a new car would be a great gift for her to celebrate this great achievement. We decided that a Stinger is what she wanted and Fuccillo was the place we went. This was largely due to the clever marketing that Fuccillo uses as the “huge” dealer in the area. I was assuming that the volume of sales they did would facilitate a smooth transaction. I was wrong. To begin with the online rep, Maria, that we spoke with told me that they had 4-5 Stingers on the lot that may fit our needs. We decided to head over one Sunday afternoon to take a look. We were greeted by Chris Bailey, our salesman and I explained that Maria had helped me over the internet. Surprisingly when we wanted to look at a Stinger, there were none to be found on the lot. Problem #1 was no car to look at or drive. John Mastro said he could get any Stinger we wanted and we went that route. My wife wanted a ceramic silver with red interior. John found one in Cape Coral and said he could get it here by the next day. I asked if we could drive it when it arrived and he kindly told me that he would need to know we were going to buy before he would commit to brining it to Wesley Chapel. John was very helpful and we agreed on a price and began to sign the paperwork to close the deal. Unfortunately, the time between us saying yes and signing papers was several hours, approximately four. The whole time Chris Bailey would follow us around like a lost puppy almost being intrusive. Also, while signing the paperwork we were informed that the voucher for the free tv and sound bar was only valid on two specific days in June. Both days we would be away for our anniversary. No one was wiling to work with us to resolve this issue and we were told tough luck. Finally, we sign the paperwork and I was told we could take delivery of the car the next day. I texted Chris Bailey the next day beginning in the am so I could appropriately plan the delivery of the Stinger. Finally after several attempts they said 7pm it would be ready. I arrive at 7pm and not only was the car not on the lot, Chris apparently was driving it around, but I was informed that the vehicle I actually signed for the previous evening was not the car that was delivered. Somehow, the car I signed for had 2,500 miles but no one figured that out until they went to pick it up. Luckily they found another car of the same color but with a few less features. Non the less, I had to sign all new paperwork for the new vehicle with the new vin #. Alexa was the young lady that I signed the paperwork with and she was extremely rude and very condescending about it. I had spent two whole days trying to get the car of my wife’s dreams and she could have cared less. Overall the experience was terrible and I would never recommend anyone to buy from Fuccillo Kia of Wesley Chapel. We have yet to hear from anyone in their leadership to ask us how they could make it right nor have we figured out the TV and sound bar give a way. I will never use or recommend this dealer again. The car is wonderful but the experience was unacceptable. Thad More
