Amazing Experience - Great Service from People Who Care! Let me start by saying I was NOT an easy case. I had been to several other dealerships and was not treated well. I was ready to throw in the towel - Let me start by saying I was NOT an easy case. I had been to several other dealerships and was not treated well. I was ready to throw in the towel - and then a friend recommended I at least TRY Fuccillo Kia. I was pessimistic considering my preview experiences with other dealers, but I went to their website to look around. I immediately connected with an online sales "helper" and I shared my situation. Next thing I knew, I got a call from the wonderful Desti - she changed my whole world around! She was encouraging, helpful, VERY knowledgeable, and treated me like a valued customer. My experience at the dealership was exactly the same. My salesperson, Michael Lindsay, was so nice and helpful - easy going, but committed to getting me the best possible deal. Michael was NOT at all intimidated by my complicated financial situation. Same goes for Tim Ousley, the Finance Manager who worked tirelessly to get me in a new car. I purchased my previous car in 2016 and found that the service department - especially Rusty was great when I brought my car in for maintenance - so I could rest assured that the car was well taken care of and they checked for any recalls, etc. This particular KIA dealer is far better than others I visited. I was away and had to stop at a dealer in another state for a flat and the service, attitude and care given was horrible....I guess I'm spoiled! More
