Did not get an accurate answer on when my vehicle would be returned, resulting in higher out of pocket costs for rentals and time off from work to pick up the vehicle. I left work early to pick up my vehic be returned, resulting in higher out of pocket costs for rentals and time off from work to pick up the vehicle. I left work early to pick up my vehicle, just for the repair shop to let me know while on the way there that the vehicle would not be ready for pick up and that they are closing at 5pm. I was also told that because they are closed on Saturday and Sunday, the next available day to pick up the vehicle was on a Monday, which forced me to extend my time with a rental vehicle. More
