Oil change I have been a customer at this dealership for over 21 years. With my new rouge I bought the oil change for life . I have my Rouge now over 5 years an I have been a customer at this dealership for over 21 years. With my new rouge I bought the oil change for life . I have my Rouge now over 5 years and have been coming there at Coney Island branch for my oil change and it a nightmare. How could you have an appointment and basically sit there the whole morning? It’s ridiculous! My last two times that I can remember was ridiculously long. An hour I can see but not 2, 3,4 hours after a nine o’ clock apt and I am leaving there at close to 2 pm ? That’s not cool . You guys need to do better with the wait time. I can see if I was a walk in but I had and appointment. More

Excellent Service I came to them with a transmission issue. They followed up with me shortly after and handled the rest.
