4th time in for this issue, but they only looked at it 2 times (not this time), and the other 2 times resulted in money spent but no resolution of the issue (Auto start / stop unavailable error). It is just times (not this time), and the other 2 times resulted in money spent but no resolution of the issue (Auto start / stop unavailable error). It is just plain rude to keep a car all day, not look at it, not communicate (I had to call them end of day for status), and then ask to keep it another day. Without a car 2 different days for not as much as a guess at what is going on. At this point I believe that they just do not care about their customers. They have enough work to make money on simple things, and whatever is inconvenient or difficult for them gets ignored. More
