Had a 10am Tues appt & car didn’t get seen for 6hrs! Only to find out they didn’t have the part. Was then told my car would be fixed first thing next morning (We’d) and my car wasn’t fixed til 4pm. I work evenings so I didn’t get my car till Thursday! I’m done with Klaben’s service Dept! More

The dealership had my car for 8 days and still didn’t do a full inspection to see why my transmission wasn’t working right. I took it to another dealership and they were able to have it fixed in 2 days and a full inspection to see why my transmission wasn’t working right. I took it to another dealership and they were able to have it fixed in 2 days and charged me 3,965.00 less than what you were charging me, and they actually fixed the transmission. I will never be back More
