Very positive experience with Klaben My family had been pressing me to replace my 2012 Dodge Caravan with 94,000 plus miles with which I was very comfortable. I agreed to go to Klaben si My family had been pressing me to replace my 2012 Dodge Caravan with 94,000 plus miles with which I was very comfortable. I agreed to go to Klaben since I was familiar with their service department. The first contact we had was Gil Perrin. He was very friendly and most understanding that I needed information about purchase or lease options and features of both the caravan or other choices. He was very patient and thoroughly answered my questions. I wanted a back up screen and side mirror warning of close vehicles. That left out the Caravan. We moved to the Pacifica. He offered a test drive, which I originally declined, but he had heard me say earlier that I did not want a black vehicle, so he took me to look at a Pacifica nearly the same gray of the Caravan I had. We then talked again a test drive and with my son-in -law agreeing with Gil that a test drive would convince me whether or not I liked the vehicle, I drove the car. That closed the deal. I loved the feel of the car and could see the road almost as good as the Caravan. That left all the paperwork and the option of leasing seemed most practical for me. Gil worked out the details. He was great with everything. He offered to help me learn all the new electronics I am not familiar with and is still doing so. He turned me over to Brian Franklin who very efficient and handled everything while the car was being detailed so I could drive it home. I had arranged with Gil to bring my Caravan title in first thing Monday and he was going to put my cell phone information in the Pacifica. Gil had an emergency Monday and I don't recall the person who stepped in and did that for me. He was most accommodating. Everyone I have encountered at Klaben has been first rate. Gil again yesterday helped me with adjusting to some of the technical features. One additional comment which has nothing to do with Klaben. This Pacifica came with Yokohama tires. I have never in my life driven on anything but Goodyear tires. When I started working at Goodyear in 1955, I bought a 1951 Hudson equipped with Goodyear retreads for $500. All my vehicles since have had Goodyear tires. This is a first for a long time Goodyear employee and current retiree. More

Trade in Leases Our sales person, Don Jacobs called us in since it was time to trade in our 2 leased jeeps. We are both retired now and with limited income we wanted Our sales person, Don Jacobs called us in since it was time to trade in our 2 leased jeeps. We are both retired now and with limited income we wanted to lease 2 vehicles but to get our payments down to what we needed them to be Don wasn't able to accommodate us. We decided to lease only one new car for the time being for significantly less monthly payment plus the savings on auto insurance. So far this is working out okay for us. Thanks, Don! More

I like to deal a lot with emails and phone calls which at first caused a small "hic up." When this occurred I contacted Brian in the finance department who got me set up with Car Eskerl. After 2 phone calls everything was worked out. I stopped by the dealership to sign papers and and in less then 2 hours I was driving the Camaro home. Thanks All More
