Quick, simple and easy! I called Don Jacobs on the phone, told him exactly what I was wanting to accomplish in a 3 minute phone call. He said he would call me back, called me a hour later with mocked up numbers on a vehicle I picked out, asked me to do a credit app and he would finalize it. Called me back within the hour and asked when I would be able to come pick up my new 2019 ram 1500. It was completed in a matter of 3 quick and easy 5 minute phone conversations.
