Overall a good experience I wasn't planning on buying when I went in. I was mostly just looking. Jeff made the whole experience easy. He was friendly and polite and answered any questions I had. I never felt pressured into anything. They even had a play area for my son to hang out in and provided him with snacks which made it a lot easier for me to focus. There is only one negative thing and reason for 4 and not 5 stars. I looked and and purhased a used vehicle. I understand that it may not be in perfect condition. This van had a small ding/dent in a door. I was told that would be taken out and it would be ready when I picked it up. However when I picked up the van I was told the dent was still there and I would have to schedule to have it taken out. That is a major disappoinment and inconvenience. To be honest it amost made me want to say nevermind right on the spot. I understand that it's minor but when you make a deal you assume certain things. To me the deal was not kept by Klaben. Overall it was a great expeprience. I would recommend them as a dealer just make sure they follow through with what they say. More
