Amazing!! I started out my car buying experience knowing exactly what I wanted and with the mindset of "I will accept nothing less than perfect." I wanted an orange 2017 jeep renegade latitude with heated seats, a heated stearing wheel and a back up camera. Upon first shopping for the car we also discovered I would need the 8 way automatic seat so I could actually reach the pedals seeing as I'm so small... I wanted all of this and I wanted it to be within a reasonable price range. When we first began shopping Klaben had a car with all the features I wanted except one. It was a deep blue color rather than orange. I was unable to go car shopping because I was busy at work so my parents were out looking. Don Jacobs allowed my parents to drive the car over to my work so I could see it. It was a great car, and I liked it but it wasn't the car of my dreams. I was going to settle for this car because it was a decent price and I wanted my new car right away. Don Jacobs however knew I was not in love with the car. He went out of his way to special order me the orange car of my dreams all the way form Pennsylvania! Better yet, he had the car delivered by the next day!! I knew he was trying to special order the car but I was under the impression it would take a few days to receieve. I agreed to come in the next day and sign paperwork and he would call me as soon as my car came in. Keep in mind, my parents have been shopping with Don Jacobs for many years. He is the only car dealer my parents will use. Anyways, Don Jacobs called my mom the next day and told her he got the car in and that they were going to surprise me with it when I came on to sign paperwork. The entire time I was signing for the car everyone was telling me I'd have my new car in 3-4 days and I really didn't want to wait. Upon finishing up signing, I walked out of the finance office happy that I just bought my first car. I was then handed the keys to my car I was told I wouldn't receive for a few more days. There in the middle of the show room was the car of my dreams! I was driving it home that day!! Don Jacobs went above and beyond! I can not thank him enough for the amazing effort he put into getting me the exact car I wanted. Overall, this was a great car buying eperience. Thank you so much Don Jacobs!! More

He is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles and how to operate everything in the vehicle (which is all new to me to have so much technology in a vehicle). He explained how everything works and asked me to please read my book and to come back and see him in a week so he can go over everything with me again as this can be very overwhelming trying to remember what everything is and does. I will definitely go back! This whole experience was great. We were there about 2 1/2 hours and drove off with our new truck! Everyone there is very friendly and wants to help. Kim in finance was also very nice. We bought the truck on Thursday and today (Saturday) Don called to see if how we liked our truck and if we had any questions. I will definitely recommend Klaben Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram to anyone who asks and even to those who don't. This is the best place to go if you are looking to buy a new or used vehicle. More
