I would suggest (Klaben) to inform the customers NOT TO SMOKE IN THE RENTALS. YUCK...the car had a terrible smell do to that...Justin gave us a call to let us know that the car was ready, as he called us he noticed the blinker light was our again and he stated that they would need to keep my Durango over night...I asked if we could have truck since that's what I drive.. He had a SUV ready and waiting as we arrived and also helped us make the transition.. He's an awesome dude, very professional, helpful and courteous....
