The BEST Service Department in OHIO I was driving to work on Friday November 6, 2015 and my warning indicator light came on my 2015 Chrysler 200...I was like no way....I called Justin in I was driving to work on Friday November 6, 2015 and my warning indicator light came on my 2015 Chrysler 200...I was like no way....I called Justin in the service department and explained what was going on and that I needed to bring it in. Justin stated that they were 2 weeks out for appointments, but was able to fit me in at 1:30pm the next day, which was Saturday. I was so thrilled that he was able to fit me in that quickly, Justin had my car looked at and repaired by 2:00pm, thank goodness it was just a computer clitch. Mr. Klaben if you happen to read this, Justin is the most outstanding Service Advisor!! No matter the situation...Justin is always calm, shows the upmost professionalism, honest, and to his word....No matter the circumstance or the mood of the customer.....you can always count on Justin to resolve any issue! In the real world (some)employers think of employees as DISPENSABLE, but Justin is truly INDISPENSABLE. Finding another Service Advisor like Justin in my opinion would be difficult. I can say this because I have been dealing with your dealership since 2002 til present, and it is people like Justin who make me want to come back with a smile on my face! I hope Justin is rewarded for all his hard work his gratitude, professionalism..etc, because he truly deserves it! A big...big BONUS for Justin! More

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! My sister and I both came to Klaben to look for a vehicle. Nick was the first one to greet us and has been very helpful to us from start to finish. My sister told him the features that she needed in a SUV, and he knew right away the type of Jeep that she needed (Cherokee) --and she purchased the first one that he showed her! For me, I was nearing the end of my current Kia lease, and didn't think that I could get into a Jeep without it deeply affecting my pockets. Well, I was wrong. After researching for a couple of days for the best deal/rebates, Nick found a way to find the perfect Jeep Latitude for me at a reasonable cost!
