Started at the door I new it was going to be a great experience because as soon as I walked to the door it was opened for me! Ram 1500 Left Rear Axel Recall Service I was a bit apprehensive with having to take a brand new vehicle in for recall axel service, but Corey eased by concerns and the overall experience wa I was a bit apprehensive with having to take a brand new vehicle in for recall axel service, but Corey eased by concerns and the overall experience was quite positive. Yes, recalls are always a hassle for the customer, but Corey and the rest of the Klaben team were quite accommodating and I feel my truck was treated with care and now I can rest assured that it is safe to drive once again. I had a few other possible warranty concerns to discuss with Corey and I never felt rushed and he seemed genuinely interested in addressing my concerns and making sure I was a happy customer.
