Zack did everything he could for us! We had to drive and hour to this dealership , so we did all our pricing over the phone .. And everything was so easy when we arrived to get the car ! They even made Turing my ford lease over so effortless , we drove across the street signed 2 papers and we were done! We will be driving an hour to see Zack or J.P the next time we buy a new vehicle ! More

Trying to find the best offer we visited several jeep dealers. Each dealership promised to beat any offer but then haggled and were not truthful when faced with a real offer to beat...leading to several hours of wasted time. Fed up with the experience we stopped at Klaben and worked with Caleb Jacobs and Doug Carter. Both were honest and straightforward. They answered a couple questions we had after being told stories at the other dealerships and helped us find the automobile that we wanted. I was very happy with the offer and follow through on the deal. And now I'm pleased with my new Grand Cherokee. More

I have always been a customer of Klaben Ford in Kent OH, but decided to see what they could do for me, since my mom has been a customer of Klaben Chrysler since 2002 and returns every 2 years....Now I know why. I had met with Don Jacobs whom at the time of my visit Don was wrapped up in another sale so he proceeded to ask me if Caleb Jacobs could assist me with a possible sale. Caleb was an awesome salesperson! I really was impressed how hard he worked to get me a great deal in leasing a 2015 Dodge Ram, he not only was able to lower my truck payment, I was able to actually pick out the truck that I was interested in. I still had a year lease on my 2013 Ford F150 and the truck I wanted was more in price, Caleb and Don Jacobs made this sale happen and I drove away in my 2015 Dodge Ram that had more features and storage than any Ford F150 that I have evr owned. I was so impressed by their hard work and making this sale happen. They were not going to let me leave without making this sale happen...amazing! I am very satisfied and very grateful to Caleb and Don for there interest in making me satisfied! I have never been to a dealership where they actually work with you and listen to the customer and try every angle to make the best deal. Great Experience Purchased a Chevy Silverado from Klaben in Kent, Ohio. The engine light came on twice after purchasing and we also had a tire pressure issue. New Chrysler 300 I went into Klaben to pick up a new calendar and Nick Brandt, my salesman, asked about my 2012 300. I told him I'd be interested in an all wheel dri I went into Klaben to pick up a new calendar and Nick Brandt, my salesman, asked about my 2012 300. I told him I'd be interested in an all wheel drive but hadnt seen a red one on their website. They had just gotten once in. That one wasnt really what I wanted but Nick was able to get me one I did want with the accessory package I wanted. This is is the second 300 I bought with Nick's help. He was very helpful and so easy to work with as well as Brian in Klaben's Finance Department. We like the way Klaben treats their customers and we continue to go back there. This was our fourth vehicle purchased there. More

I finally met a salesman that was knowledgeable and helpful and above all professional and courteous. Appreciated his response in answering questions and returning phone calls promptly. He made the Leasing process much easier. On Tuesday, I called Caleb Jacobs to look for a special car, in 15 minutes he called me back and had found it and Thursday I picked the car up.
