I have been working with Joe for over 10 years. I have owned two Jeep Grand Cherokees and one Jeep Wrangler and Joe has serviced them all. When I arrive, he greets me by name and although I know he is juggling many vehicles through the repair and service process, he makes me feel like I am the only one there and that my vehicle is the only one being serviced that day. Joe lets me know when more expensive services are needed based upon mileage or when the mechanics see something that needs attention. Between Joe's excellent service and the knowledgeable mechanic team, I am confident that my vehicle is always in top running condition.
