I recently purchased my vehicle from Klaben in Kent, Ohio from Tim Bagley, and I couldn't be more satisfied with his service. He stopped at nothing to put me into the vehicle that I absolutely wanted. The entire Klaben family was also wonderful and patient throughout the process of me purchasing my vehicle. During the sale, they made us feel very welcome as they would come by and ask us if we needed anything. Even though we hit some walls throughout the sale, Tim was very patient and stayed confident that he would get us into the car we wanted and he did. Tim calls to check on us from time to time, and it's little things like that, that makes me and my family a customer for life. I have referred two people so far to get a vehicle from Tim, and both times he has gotten them into a new car. I am confident that Tim has the ability and the team to get anyone into a vehicle.
