Awesome! We were not in the market to buy a vehicle. We had brought our daughter's van in because it started to make an unidentifiable loud noise. The Klaben service man informed us that it needed to have a lot of work done. Due the the age and high mileage we decided to trade it in. Chuck helped us find the perfect car for our daughter. He was very kind and professional. Not only that, customer service did not stop after she drove her Dodge off their lot. A few months had passed and she noticed that one of the tires kept leaking air. We called Chuck and he suggested we bring it in to see what they could do for us. He was Awesome and so understanding with our concern to have this fixed as quickly as possible for my daughter to be be safe for the long drive to Idaho she had that next day. He had their service man take a look at it, had the bad sensor replaced, all within an hour & free of charge!
