He didn't try to steer us toward a vehicle that would tax our budget. He was honest when he wasn't sure of an answer and quickly found the answer for us. He is very knowledgeable about all of the features of the truck we were looking at. Once we decided to lease the vehicle, he took a very generous amount of time to explain all of the features, how they work, and why. I look forward to dealing with Klaben and Don Jacobs again.
