Don quickly showed my wife and I some truck options and lined up a test drive vehicle for us to take out. When we returned, there was none of that high pressure sales push from Don that is so prevalent at so many dealerships. Once my wife and I elected to move ahead with our purchase, Don kept us informed every step of the way and was very attentive to our questions and needs. At first they did not have a Durango with the right equipment on the lot. John found several at other dealerships and worked with us to see what the options were. As we narrowed our selection a car arrived at the dealership which met and exceeded most of our needs. The price was higher than we were interested in paying but with the affiliate program and a generous trade in price we were able to get it to an acceptable range. John worked with us to make sure we were happy with the purchase vs forcing us into something we did not want. Overall a great experience. More

They have raised a trucks price by $7000 from the Internet price and from our phone conversation. I have also been to an appointment with a dealership in Barberton, OH just to find out the truck they wanted to show me was sold two days ago. The salesperson wanted to do paperwork instead of showing me trucks. Not so at KLABEN. My salesmen was Mr. John Rubbles. Although a 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 I was looking at was sold in the last minute before I could make it to the dealership , he asked me if I would consider a 2014. I tolf him that it was out of my range. After crunching some numbers he got back to me. I was able to lease a brand new 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab, 4x4 with all the bells and whistles for less what I had planned in my budget. He was low pressure, up front, honest. I was very impressed and asked him and found out that all of Klaben Sales personnel work the same way. My financing and paperwork took less than 15 minutes. I like to say that they will get my business in the future as well. I have four boys and when they reach their driving age we will surely be going to Klaben to get their first vehicles.
