Drove twice about 45 minutes each way to and from Klaben service center for a scheduled appointment. On each visit, I waited for a minimum of 2.5 hours at the lobby for service to be completed. But I was ve service center for a scheduled appointment. On each visit, I waited for a minimum of 2.5 hours at the lobby for service to be completed. But I was very disappointed after such a long wait, to be informed that service could not be completed because part (blower motor resistor) was not available or a wrong part was ordered. Nevetheless, on the third visit, I was told that in addition to the resistor, a blower motor itself was needed to vomplete the job. At the intervention and supervision of the Associate Manager, Dan, the blower motor and motor resistor was oerderd and installed, and my car was fixed. The good news being that the cost of the blower motor was fully discounted as a compensation for my time and patience. So, Dan is my Hero at Klaben More

We full time Rv. We arrived at our campground in Newton Falls on Sunday after getting DEF MESSAGE that our truck would shut down in 150 miles. We had 80 miles left of the 150. We called several Chrysler dealerships with we are two weeks out. Corey Graham was so amazing. We were in an area that we knew nothing about. Once my husband arrived he took excellent care of him and our truck. He knew we were in an emergency situation and handled us with exceptional and compassionate skills! They did not have the part we needed but called another dealership and the mechanic had our truck fixed by noon the next day!!! I cannot say enough about Corey as throughout the whole process, Corey would come out and chat with my husband and kept him up to date on everything. Even called for a rental car to be delivered to him. In this day in age it is hard to find employees like Corey. Klaben Service Center should be proud to have an employee like Corey. I belong and follow 15 full time RV groups and you can bet I will be posting on these sites how wonderful Corey Graham and the mechanics at Klaben Service Center are!! Chrysler may produce the great vehicles, but it is the great employees at Klaben that put them over the top. Joe Hilliard is great, always treats you like family. Tried to oversell repairs, not just replacing things that could have been fixed, but replacing things that weren’t even broken. Oh don’t forget the uncharging of 300%.
