Shalon and the Klaben service center were wonderful during my last visit for service on my truck. Shalon made the appointment with me and even followed up the weekend before my appointment to verify during my last visit for service on my truck. Shalon made the appointment with me and even followed up the weekend before my appointment to verify I had transportation back to my home while the service was being done. He was very courteous and efficient when I arrived at the center on Monday. All work was completed within a few short hours. Shalon explained in detail all the recall work that was done. He walked me out to the vehicle also which was a nice touch. All in all, a great experience at Klaben Service Center and with Shalon. I highly recommend!! More

I am thankful this time that Melissa was able to order the part and not take the vehicle in until the part arrived so that I was not without my vehicle for an extended time. More
