Very disappointed I have waited almost a week to give this review because I can’t even believe what happened there. So after waiting for an hour and a half for an oil c I have waited almost a week to give this review because I can’t even believe what happened there. So after waiting for an hour and a half for an oil change, the service advisor has to redo my papers three times. To me it was still wrong, since with my coupon I have paid for the last four years $34.95 plus tax. I was charged almost $48. Different oil I was told. Whatever , I needed to get home for another appointment. So I paid. When I entered my vehicle it smelled like someone literally has a bowel movement on my seat! Could not believe it! I had to drive with my window down half way home because it was so disgusting! Won’t be back!! More
