Thank you for taking the time to provide a review of your recent visit to our service facility. I appreciate the 4 star rating you gave me personally, but like you, I am disappointed that we could not deliver an experience that left you completely satisfied. As you mention, your vehicle did spend a significant amount of time with us, as we exhausted every resource at our disposal, in an attempt to attain a satisfactory resolution. In the end, when comparing your vehicle to like vehicles that also exhibit the same scenario, we are bound by the manufacturer to label it a characteristic of the vehicle. In putting myself in your shoes, I would not like hearing that news either. That is why we looked for a way to give you some peace of mind with an extended warranty that addressed your issue. And as you know, the sales team is involved as well as we work to get to a satisfactory point on the new vehicle that you have on order. We will continue to work as a team in offering any assistance we can, as you explore any and all options moving forward. Just know that I and the entire Klaben team remain at your service.
