Great first service experience This was the first service for my new truck. I had a slight wind noise by the driver's windows that I wanted fixed. The service department couldn't duplicate the issue immediately, but didn't just send me on my way like most service departments would. They had another employee drive it as well, and with some extra input from me, they were able to find it. After it was repaired they made it a point to take it on the exact same stretch of road at the exact same speed to make sure it was right before returning the truck to me. I feel like they went the extra mile, which isn't exactly the norm anymore. I dealt directly with three different employees in the service department and all were helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable. More

We made an appointment with Klaben Ford to have it fixed. The appointment went fine, service consultant was helpful, but they had to order the replacement part and we needed to come back when it was delivered. Although it took an extra couple of days to be delivered, once it was in they allowed us to bring our car in that same day & it took less than 1 hour for everything to be completed. They also washed the car on both visits which was nice especially since it was winter. More
